2 guys, 14 instruments, over 1000 gigs. Adrian Jones and Kim Régimbal are long time friends that have been playing together for 15 years. Playing an average of 100 shows each year in concert venues, clubs and pubs across Canada, they have honed a sound unique to themselves. Their brand of “post-folk” fuses worldbeat flavours with more traditional singer/songwriter material and then layers on top swirls of textural harmonies. Over the past 10 years, they have released 3 CDs with their band snack!, an EP of their duo material and a full length CD as a duo entitled “Décollage”.
They recently released a live DVD/CD package with the band snack! Entitled “Tenure” commemorating the 10th anniversary of the band. Since both musicians are singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalists, they switch between singer/guitarist and accompanist/percussionist roles (a practice they've termed “the switcheroo”) to create a show, as visually interesting and it is sonically captivating. Adrian & Kim (with snack and by themselves) have appeared at many festivals including Hillside Festival, Festival of Friends, Come Together Festival, Jambands.ca Fallfest plus are constantly playing concerts throughout Ontario.
